For shorter transfers it must be indicated in the booking and the office will deal with this directly with you; if you have booked a long distance transfer, we feel that it is part of the service to stop along the highway for a drink or a visit to the rest room.

All our companies service can collect from any destination, from Port pick up to Train station pick up. It is important that, once you have contacted us, our trained staff will give you all the details to ensure a easy transfer. We will require train number and arrival time to ensure hat driver will meet you on the platform of your arrival of your train; the same for port pick up.

All our staff speaks English. If indicated, we will make sure your driver will be English speaking. It is important that the booking is made in advance; for last minute booking we will try our best to offer an English speaking driver but can not always be guaranteed.

No, if you book a private transfer. We are a limousine costumed to offer a personalized service so we do not share transfers.

All vehicles max 8 seaters are equipped with seat belts, for larger vehicles seatbelts are not obligated by law

We have all Mercedes mini vans, Mercedes e-classes and 8 seaters mini vans. We also can offer coaches and buses on request.

Once you have noticed that you have left an item or luggage in one of our vehicles please contact our main office or you can contact your Italy limousine driver directly as he will deposit the item into our office and we will forward to your hotel.
