Overview

Meet at the Villa or Hotel and Onto the Mozzarella Farm where you will be guided through the making of the famous Mozzarella Cheese. Your Guide will show you how the cheese is prepared and also the making and then you will also sample the cheeses. After a walk through the grounds as well onto the Pizza school with you very own pizza Teacher. You will be shown step by step the making of the pizza and the prepartion behind making an excellent pizza.

What to Expect

Your Private Driver will meet at your Hotel or Villa at 0930am and drive to the Mozzarella farm to be shown the art of Making this very important italian cheese that is used especially when preparing Pizza, And the pizza was invented in Naples so the only place to really get the real making and guided through the preparation is in this area. The day is Fun and relaxing and ideal for families with children to show them something different and that the family can all participate together and a few giggles here and there. You will each place your pizza in an open fire oven and eat the delicious Pizza made. Bring your Film camera you must film this experience.
